The shoot for the Rajinikanth starrer Kochadaiyaan has been wrapped up. The post production of the film is in its full swing. The music that has been composed by AR Rahman will be released in Tokyo, as a treat to Rajini’s fans in Japan. There are also reports wandering around, whispering that the film might hit the screens on the birthday of Rajinikanth, which falls on December 12th.
The premiers have been planned across Los Angeles, London and India.
The magnum opus film’s satellite rights have been sold for a mammoth to Jaya TV. Lakshmi Ganapathy films have bagged the Telugu rights of the film.
In a statement Mr. Sunil Lulla, Managing Director, Eros International Media Ltd, said, “We are confident that like Sivaji and Robot this will also be a landmark film in Rajnikanth’s career. We will also be releasing a separate Hindi version along with the Tamil version.”
