AR Rahman and Gautham Menon had planned a spectacular music release for Ek Deewana Tha starring Prateik and Amy Jackson. AR Rahman was supposed to perform live at Mehtab Bagh which has a stunning backdrop in the Taj Mahal but the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) denied them permission stating that when the shooting for Mere Brother Ki Dulhan was going on at Mehtab Bagh, damages had been sustained.
Word is that AR Rahman was sorely disappointed. The makers have made alternate plans and the performance will now take place in a hotel in Agra.Courtesy:behindwoods.com
