Ace cinematographer Rajiv Menon is all set to direct his third film, after his super-hits Misara Kanavu and Kandukondein Kandukondein. This time, he has decided to do a biopic on the legendary classical vocalist Bharath Ratna late MS Subbulakshmi. “This film will be a tribute to the legend,” says a source close to Rajiv Menon.


The cinematographer is presently busy wielding the camera for Mani Ratnam’s Kadal. He has also handled the latest motion capture technology for Rajinikanth starrer Kochadaiyaan.
