YUVRAAJ to release next year!

Just last week we had brought you the news about the postponement of Subhash Ghai's YUVRAAJ, starring Anil Kapoor, Salman Khan, Zayed Khan and Katrina Kaif. We had also stated that the new release date is yet to be announced. Here is more on the subject. Well, news from a reliable trade source is that the film is now expected to release early next year, January 2009 to be precise.

While on the reasons of postponement, there is not much to read between the lines. It's simply that the movie is incomplete and is still being shot. Just recently a two day schedule of the film was held in Bombay's Filmistan Studios, in which most of the major stars of YUVRAAJ participated. Once the shooting portion is over, expectedly by next month, ex-showman, Subhash Ghai, will get into his usual detailed post production activities. Only then will the film have an exact January release date.
