"The music wizard seems to be very adhered to Hollywood and western music. Apart from ‘Omana Penne’ and ‘Hosanna’, none of the songs seems to be having 'Rahman standard', set by the legend earlier . The lyrics also not catchy. Most part of the lyrics are not clear and almost everywhere the beat is dominating.
He has tuned all the songs somewhat like a background score for Hollywood. Lots of fill-ins and instrumentals does diminish the lyrics. He hasn’t come up with commendable tunes at least the halfway of mediocre Hindi compositions like ‘Blue’.Maybe, the brand ‘A.R. Rahman’ may help the producer to cash CDs, but surely this was not we expected from our 'Mozart of Madras!'"
